Hotel Policies

In order to make your stay, and that of all our guests, pleasant as possible… we request your co-operation in observing the following hotel policies and basic rules of conduct:

Basic Policies:

  • Only Hotel Registered Guests may use the hotel.
  • Check-out time is 11:00 AM and check in at 3:00 PM.
  • Guests must take good care of their own belongings.
  • No visitors are allowed on the Hotel premises after 10:00 pm.
  • Inviting strangers into the guest rooms, to use the facilities is prohibited.
  • The room key is kept by the guest. Any damage and loss will be subject to a fine.
  • Rooms are based on Double Occupancy.  Additional adults are charged $10 US per night.
  • Management is not responsible for any damages to, or loss of valuables left out freely in common areas of the Hotel.

Special Policies:

  • No playing of loud music.
    1. Keep silence on the Hotel premises.
    2. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.
  • Smoking allowed on the balcony areas only.
    1. Please refrain from smoking in the bedroom.
    2. A $500.00 BzD fee will be charged for smoking in the room.
  • Please do not leave faucets, (taps) running.
    1. All electric appliances should be switched off
    2. and the windows should be closed when guests go out.
  • Please do not take towels or hotel property out of the rooms.
    1. Hotel property items lost on tour are subject to extra fees.

Child Policies:

  • Children under 10 years of age, can stay for free.
  • Children over 10 will be charged an additional 10.00 US per child, per night.
  • Children under 18 are allowed to stay in your room with guardian supervision.

Cancellation Policy:

  • You may cancel free of charge 5 days prior to your arrival.
  • After the 5 day grace period you will be charged the cost of the first night of arrival.
