Venus Hotel was established in 1985 as a wooden colonial structure out of Mahogany and Santa Maria wood by Daniel Silva Jr which was originally a house and he converted it to Venus Hotel and Venus Variety Store that was on the ground floor.
In 1998 Mother Teresita Silva Galvez and Sister Maria Preston Silva purchased the property from Daniel Silva. They both went straight to work to concreting the building because there was an alarming amount of fires on the Burns Avenue.
In 2015 Maria’s youngest son Matthew Preston took over management and added his engineering skill to compliment to hotel room to modern times. Photos below is Venus Hotel during its construction stage by Daniel Silva.
